You start with 12 months. After that a monthly subscription continues month by month and a yearly subscription year by year. You cancel by email. For a monthly subscription the notice period is one full billing period: the current period runs out, followed by one more full period. With yearly billing you can cancel at any time during the year, and your subscription ends at the end of that year. If you permanently stop your taxi activity during those 12 months, for example through retirement, cessation, licence withdrawal or bankruptcy, you can leave the contract early. You send us an official supporting document and we reply within 15 working days. You then pay only the current billing cycle. If you want to leave earlier for another reason, you pay the subscription fees for the remaining months of those 12 months, minus your current discounts, on a separate closing invoice, also when you switch to another provider. You pay nothing extra if we commit a serious breach of contract or if you cancel after a price increase above the threshold of article 8.3. If you later move to a smaller plan, a new 12-month period starts. The switch itself, including the export of your data and our help, is free. In Flanders, Starter costs €39 per month and includes 1 driver, 100 rides per month, ride and shift management, a native driver app for iOS and Android, automatic Chiron reporting on every ride start and stop, and PDF ride tickets and shift reports. In Wallonia, Starter makes no Chiron reports but produces the trip sheet (feuille de route) and the transport certificate, with the odometer reading per ride. The Walloon price and what it includes show when you choose Wallonia at the top of the page. No setup fees. You choose any extra modules yourself, at a fixed monthly price.
Each plan includes a fixed number of rides per month. Every ride started in the app counts, even if it is cancelled afterwards. If you go over, we automatically charge the cheapest combination of bundles that covers the extra rides once the month is over. In Flanders that is 100 rides for €25 on Starter, 150 rides for €25 on Small Fleet, and 200 rides for €25 on Fleet Plus. The Walloon bundles show on the cards when you choose Wallonia at the top of the page. With monthly billing they go on your next invoice, and those of your last month on a separate invoice; with yearly billing you get a separate invoice for them each month. A bundle covers that month and does not carry over to the next. The bigger your plan, the lower the price per extra ride.
For fleets of six or more drivers we build a custom plan: personal onboarding, a named contact with the founders, and ride bundles and pricing tailored to your fleet. The arrangements are set out in a custom contract. Schedule a conversation over WhatsApp or email.
You choose between monthly and yearly. With yearly billing you get one month free, every year. All prices are excl. VAT. Your application is approved immediately. We create your first invoice as soon as you choose your plan during setup. You pay it before activation, using the payment details shown during setup; we send you the invoice itself once your payment has arrived. Your subscription runs from the day we confirm that payment. After that, with a Flemish licence, you connect Chiron and we activate your account.
