Pricing questions

What you need to know about the plans and billing.

You start with 12 months. After that your subscription continues month to month and you can cancel with one month's notice, taking effect at the end of the current month. If you permanently stop your taxi activity during those first 12 months, for example through retirement, cessation, licence withdrawal or bankruptcy, you can leave the contract early. You send us an official supporting document and we reply within 15 working days. You then pay only the current billing cycle. If you want to leave earlier for another reason, the remaining months stay payable, but never more than the costs for your onboarding and Chiron connection that we have not yet recovered. The full terms are in article 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

Starter includes 1 driver, 100 rides per month, ride and shift management, a native driver app for iOS and Android, automatic Chiron reporting on every ride start and stop, and PDF ride tickets and shift reports. No setup fees, no hidden modules.

Each plan includes a fixed number of rides per month. If you go over, we add a ride bundle to your next invoice automatically: 100 rides for €25 on Starter, 150 rides for €25 on Small Fleet, and 200 rides for €25 on Fleet Plus. A bundle covers that month and does not carry over to the next. The bigger your plan, the lower the price per extra ride.

For fleets of six or more drivers we build a custom plan: personal onboarding, a named contact with the founders, and ride bundles and pricing tailored to your fleet. The arrangements are set out in a custom contract. Schedule a conversation over WhatsApp or email.

You choose between monthly and yearly. With yearly billing you get one month free, every year. All prices are excl. VAT. Your application is approved immediately and your first invoice follows straight after. Your subscription becomes active once that invoice is paid.
